I was greeted at the door by Gonzalo. I came in only to buy a purple pillow. He was so enthusiastic and helpful that he made me feel as important as if I were buying an entire bedroom set. My friend that was with me had no intention of purchasing a bedroom set; however, she was so impressed by his professionalism that she applied for store credit for the fabulous 36 month 0 interest plan and was approved for credit. On the spot, she purchased a posturepedic moveable base bed and frame along with a headboard! We both left the store thrilled with our shopping experience. We would also like to thank Dennise, the manager that helped us out through our process. She is amazing as well!

We have been customers of City Furniture for many years. Every five to seven years, we update different rooms in our home, and we have consistently received excellent service. We would especially like to recognize Elena Morris for the outstanding service she has provided over the last several years. Elena is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and truly dedicated to helping her customers. She takes the time to understand what we are looking for, explains the products in detail, and presents us with the best options available so we can make informed decisions. Our most recent purchase was a beautiful living room collection, and we could not be happier with the result. Elena's preparation, research, and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Instead of spending hours searching, we were able to focus on selecting from options that were already tailored to our needs. We highly recommend Elena Morris to anyone shopping at City Furniture. BUYER BEWARE! I will never, ever make a City Furniture purchase ever in life! This was my first and last time stepping foot in this store. The Sales Associate and Manager, Sandra & Jordan were great. But the aftermath that follows, leaves alot to be desired. Overall CF customer services is HORRID on all levels. A dining table arrived damaged, delivery personnel shrugged it off as the table need to be cleaned, Customer Care had a hard time understanding the issue, after an hour of discussion they finally set up an appointment. The Tech person arrived and refused to take off his disgusting dirty sneakers and didn't have any shoe covers. Looked at the table for all of 30 seconds and deemed in irreparable and walked out. CF does not allow for returns, so you're only offered a $100 discount for a damaged item. I asked for a return and they do not allow returns only exhanges, which by they say must be equal or more in prices as the Rep kindly told me they do not do refunds. And because now I'm forced to do an exchange, I must go back to the store to make that purchase as they can't do for me over the phone. This company has failed in the area of customer service because at no point is the customers needs placed first its road block after road block.

5 star experience across the board. My partner and I came looking to browse the couch selection and we were approached by Britt. Her demeanor was friendly and within a few minutes of conversation she immediately pointed us toward a couch we loved. Just to make sure we had our bases covered, she took us around the store to check out any other couches that might fit the theme we were looking for, but in the end we returned to the first couch she showed us anyways and we purchased it the same day. Thank you Britt and City Furniture!

I recently purchased furniture from City Home and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jose Reyes went above and beyond to make the process smooth and enjoyable.
