This Best Buy is the only one in Palm Beach County that brings an IKEA near you. It's a 1,000 square foot showroom that has kitchen displays, walk in and reach in closets, and TV modular consoles. It complements Best Buy well with this new shop in a shop concept. They take walk ins and appointments. If you're serious, bring pictures and measurements with you so they can serve you especially for kitchens and closets. You can always place an order for anything IKEA carries with their salespeople as well and have it delivered to you or have it delivered to Best Buy for pickup typically within 1-3 days from the date of purchase. Same goes for orders you place online on IKEA.com, you can choose to pickup within this Best Buy location. Check them out. The IKEA and Best Buy employees make a great team and partner.

Somehow, we were sold a locked open-box MacBook at the Boynton location. After calling the Wellington location, they informed us that we could bring it there. However, upon arrival, they refused to touch the computer even after we opened the screen. They brushed us off and instructed us to return to Boynton. When we requested to speak with the manager, Geyris, she was incredibly sincere and kind. Although she couldn’t provide us with the exact same computer, she managed to find something similar that we were satisfied with. Geyris, thank you for going above and beyond to make my husband’s Father’s Day!!

Aidan’s professionalism and exceptional customer care truly made all the difference in my experience at Best Buy. Best Buy is already a great place to shop for laptops, but my visit to the Boynton Beach location exceeded expectations because of Aidan. He is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and guided me through the wide variety of brands and options available, helping me choose the perfect laptop. What stood out most was his patience and willingness to answer all my questions and address every concern. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I had a great experience thanks to Kevin P., one of the supervisors. He truly went above and beyond to take care of a situation for me and made sure everything was handled the right way. His level of customer service was outstanding—professional, patient, and genuinely focused on helping. It’s not often you come across someone who takes that much pride in making sure a customer leaves satisfied. Because of Kevin, I’ll definitely continue shopping here. I was looking to buy a film Camera and walked in thinking I knew what I was going to buy. I was helped by Aaron who has two film degrees and extensive knowledge in the field. He helped me for probably close to an hour showing me several other options, as well as the camera I was originally looking at. I talked to him about what I am trying to do and I eventually decided on something different than what I originally had in mind. I love the camera I got and could not be happier.
