I brought my vehicle in with what appeared to be a complicated issue, and the experience was handled professionally from start to finish. I was especially pleased with Bob Cooklin, my service writer. He communicated my concerns clearly to the technician and kept me informed throughout the process, giving me full confidence that the vehicle was in good order when I took possession. As someone from out of town who did not purchase the vehicle from this dealership, I truly appreciated the level of care and professionalism. So disappointed. ☹️ . I went to this location to buy a used 2016 Chevy Equinox with only 111000 miles. Everything was good when I bought the car they sold me it as is without any warranty but everything seemed fine. After just 2 weeks of driving the vehicle the engine started making clacking sounds and when I brought it to a mechanic again they said the engine needs timing chain is no good. I tried calling the dealership multiple times times to see if I could get any assistance because I shouldn’t be stuck with a big loan to pay back on a car that is no good and no one takes my calls. I call and they put me on hold and tell me someone will call me back or they transfer me and I get a VM. Nobody ever calls me back and up to this day I still haven’t been able to speak to anyone. So now I have a vehicle that I recently bought that I’m pay way too much for and need to replace the engine. Would not recommend.
