Best Buy

Anthony and his team took great care of me on two separate occasions. After purchasing a brand-new TV, I experienced an issue with it and returned to the store. They handled the situation immediately and professionally, with no questions asked. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and smooth experience.

I'm a senior citizen who knows nothing about computers/phones because they weren't around when I was young. I pay Best Buy yearly and belong to the members club for technical support. I trust them to help me and not take advantage of me. Last year I was having some kind of problem with my computer and I brought it in to the Geek Squad. Matthew Kuhn has always helped me. He told me my "computer was old and I needed to buy a new one" so I did. I found out later from a few friends, for the amount of stuff I use my computer for, it was a total waste of my money. Well I just bought a new phone and was confused about it, so I took it to my Geek Squad support group last Monday and I made an appointment. Matthew was there and I was happy to see him. I was very surprised that I made an appointment but he took 2 walk in people and made me wait 40 minutes. Don't appts go first and walk in people have to wait?? I explained my problem to Matthew about my phone and he gave me no help whatsoever. All he said was "You need to buy a new phone" and he said that to me THREE TIMES!!!!! I began to cry because my phone was less than 2 weeks old. What was he talking about. I packed up my stuff and left. I called the company that sold me the phone and had things explained to me and I DON'T need a new phone. PS I just thought I'd let you know every time Matthew helped me, I gave him a nice little cash tip to thank him. He said it's not required but always appreciated. I didn't know I wasn't supposed to/they weren't supposed to accept it. Liar liar pants on fire Matthew. Now when I go again to Best Buy for help with my computer/phone I'll make sure I ask for another tech to help me……

Beware of dishonest practices and backdoor deals at the Wellington Best Buy. I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience at this location that customers should be aware of. I went into the Wellington Best Buy specifically to purchase a Pokémon Prismatic Evolutions SPC box, which showed as in stock at the store. When I asked for assistance at the register and requested that they check inventory, I was told there were none available. Another employee even confirmed that any stock for this item would normally be held up front at the register implying there truly were none left. However, while I was checking out for other items, I looked over and saw the same cashier ringing up his friend for the exact Pokémon Prismatic Evolutions SPC box I had just been told did not exist. This happened minutes after I was denied the purchase. This behavior is extremely dishonest and unprofessional. It strongly suggests that employees are holding items for friends or engaging in backdoor deals while lying to paying customers. People take time out of their day, drive to the store, and rely on the inventory shown online only to be misled at the counter. This kind of conduct is unfair, corrupt, and unacceptable for a major retailer. If items are being reserved, that should be transparent and consistent for all customers not selectively hidden and handed off to friends. I wasted time and effort coming to this store only to be blatantly lied to. I would strongly caution other customers, especially collectors, to think twice before trusting this location’s inventory or staff. Until this kind of behavior is addressed, I will not be returning to this Best Buy.

Good Peruvian food and good service, but the prices are steep compared to other places offering similar quality. Worth trying if you don’t mind paying extra. My fav still Victoria’s they Parihuela is the best one I’ve tried.

It’s my frst time in a Best Buy in years. We needed to pick up a gift for a friend that we ordered on Best Best Buy website. I forgot how much fun it is walking around and seeing all the tech that I read and hear about online and in podcasts. The store was well stocked even during the Saturday of Black Friday weekend. The staff was helpful in answering our questions about a couple of products. I’m looking forward to going back.
