Went with them for an AC replacement and cant recommend them enough for the whole process from the sales call to the install to the service and maintenance. From the getgo they worked to get our business. When our AC died unexpectedly they still offered a deal and showed up the next morning to put in the new one. Install folks were a breeze to work with and a couple months after the install we had an issue…they showed up 45 min later to take a look at it. It was cold during the install so they topped off the coolant. We had our first maintenance today and they notify you of who is coming and when they are going to be there. The tech went above and beyond checking everything and making sure we were happy. For AC the peace of mind is worth it. We talked to alot of people too but these folks consistently went above and beyond. That has continued after the sale.

I meet with Colson on a Monday and my HVAC unit was installed on Wednesday. Colson was very professional knowledgeable, available and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. I received quotes from several different companies and they beat and exceeded my expectations. The great service didn’t just end with Colson, the HVAC installers arrived on time, explained everything pertaining to the job in details and walked me through the project every step of the way. The work area was left spotless. I was so impressed when the installer took the time to remove his shoes before entering inside my home. Hopkins air is the way to go for all of your HVAC needs.

Overall, excellent installation..Would have given 5 stars except drain was not initially not cleaned properly during new installation and the AC became intermittent soon after new system was turned on. A service person quickly came out and diagnosed the issue as a drain pipe blockage. He did a more thorough job of cleaning the drain pipe. Since then, all is working well. 6/5/26 Upgrade to 5 stars. AC has been working great so far and we are very happy. Still waiting for city inspection. 5 star rating continues assuming inspection passes with no issues.

Lart was great. They arrived earlier than I expected. He was very informative and helped me understand the issues with my ac unit. They even called me before to give me a heads up about his arrival. We also decided to replace our system. The installation crew did a great clean job as well.
