Opal Grand Resort & Spa

This is my 2nd visit and it doesn't disappoint. I love everything about this hotel. The pool is amazing as well as the staff and service. The spa was one of the best experiences I've had. Dining was exceptional. I cant wait to come back. And dont forget to pick up a candle so you can have the signature scent at home!

Nine months ago, my current wife and I decided to have our wedding at the Opal Grand. The Opal Grand holds a lot of sentimental meaning to us because I asked my girlfriend at the time, Sarah, to move in with me at the restaurant below the hotel, Drift. Even without that historic moment, Opal Grand was a great choice because of their beautiful infrastructure, their Cape Cod | Oceanic | Nautical architecture, their food, vast number of beautiful hotel rooms, breath taking views, great amenities, and all the staff members treating us so well. The staff members were a highlight because they helped me, my wife, our families, and friends with every need, request that was asked. Some of the staff members that stood out to us and made our stay enjoyable were Melissa from Hotel Room relations, both Carlos’s within the Food & Beverage Department, Matt and his team at Valet, and Katy from Events. Other staff members that made our stay memorable were the employees at the Opal Spa, the employees at the restaurant, drift, and the bartenders at Elevate and Monkey Bar. Each staff member from all the departments I referenced made us feel as if we’re friends, family of there’s, and treated every request and questions equally with great care. Sarah, my now wife, and I HIGHLY recommend the Opal Grand Resort for a weekend getaway, a night out, vacation, and especially, for a grand event, like a wedding based on our most recent experience. Truly, a 5/5 experience.

My friends and I were at the hotel for a birthday celebration and we reserved a room for the night. We were at the pool and ordered our second round 3 girls ordered a drink the cocktail server recommended it was not good and we tried exchange for a different cocktail the bar staff said they are not allowedt to credit and make new drinks. They never offered to make us a new drink that we would enjoy other than the lemonade one they disliked. It should be all about customer service and pleasing the costumer and making them happy enjoying the amenities never have I stayed at a 5 star hotel and given such a hard time about making a new drink I will never stat at the Opal Grand ever again and I will advise my network of friends the same. Very disappointed!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The valet service was quick and efficient. The cleaning staff were lovely, kind, and did an excellent job every day. Reception was also friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, a great experience—we would definitely stay here again! 😊 bonus for the little chocolates laying on our bed every night!

This is a beautiful, well-kept hotel that exceeded our expectations. It is not a four star, but a FIVE star! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly smiles and a quick check-in (with champagne). Our room was perfect with a great pool view. We loved the little things such as lemon water in the lobby and pool area and even had free samples of sunblock available if needed. We will definitely return! Thank you for making our stay memorable and stress free.
