True Compassion Urgent Care – Palm Beach Gardens

I had such a great experience at True Compassion Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. Maya at the front desk was amazing—so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. She really set the tone for the entire visit and made everything feel easy and stress-free. The quality of care was truly exceptional, and the entire staff showed compassion and professionalism throughout my visit. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone.

I'm giving three stars because the doctors in the back were great, it was quick they were informative however the front desk, not so much. I have kind of weird insurance with my employer so I understand a lot of people don't take it but when I was quoted the 395 I almost walked out but the front desk woman was insistent that if I go anywhere else with my deductible it's going to be significantly more and the 395 covers everything. Okay fine, I'll submit a superbill to my insurance later. She also gave me a payment option where I only had to pay $150 in the office and that's what I got a receipt for, I never got a receipt for saying I owe the extra $245, now as we are leaving and we put a debit card on file she says it's not $245 is actually like closer to 500 I forget the exact amount because I don't have it in paperwork that's not what I was told initially. I was told 395 would cover all the costs and I would have been happy with that and paying the remainder 245 but then I'm hit with the surprise extra $200 and something dollars all the sudden when I was told that 395 would cover everything.

Not one to leave reviews, but I had a great experience. Very kind and respectful. I was in and out. They worked around the fact but I didn't have insurance. They didn't even send my stuff in for labs which would cost a lot more. They just did a quick check of my urine, they saw white bloodcells(sign of infection) and then gave me the best antibiotic that can resolve any type of issue in that area. They do expect payment upon arrival, but they work with you. Honestly, it's worth it anyways. They don't slam you with all the fillers and they treat you like a human being.

The provider was kind, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood everything about my treatment. You can tell everyone here truly cares about their patients and takes pride in providing quality care. The clinic was also spotless and organized, which made me feel even more comfortable.I left feeling heard, cared for, and confident in my treatment plan. I’d recommend True Compassion Urgent Care to anyone looking for fast, professional, and genuinely compassionate medical care.

They were very quick and very patient with me. Did give me the option to include any additional test but also gave me the option to decline because some test I just did a month ago. They did pretty quick Covid and flu test. Over talk I will definitely come back and I highly recommend
