I went to get my nails done here and honestly? It was just fine First off I’d like to say that their customer service is questionable at best. I tried calling the salon exactly five times over the course of a week in an attempt to make an appointment since there is no website listed on their Google account to go to so I could make said appointment. When I called it rang for minutes only for the call to be hung up and no answering machine to leave a message. When you click on their website it reroutes you to their Facebook page or their Instagram. I reached out through messages on both Facebook and Instagram in hopes to make an appointment. Between all three platforms (phone calls, Instagram, and Facebook) I thought surly I’d be able to reach someone but that was not the case. I almost didn’t want to go out of principle but the reviews for this salon were so high I thought surly I should try a walk in. My nail tech was nice, very quiet. I showed her the reference picture for the nails and she told me she’d be able to make it happen and she did. I wasn’t thrilled that i paid extra for the cats eye polish only to get one coat of it but i thought if ask to get another coat I’d be charged again and with design and cats eye I was looking at a $73 charge for a gel manicure so I didn’t say anything. The nails are fine but within the week they’re already chipping. Between not being able to make an appointment and the quality of the manicure I can’t say that I’d want to come back.

i’ve been here for my toes but for my nails Nikki did an fantastic job on my nails , made them look exactly like the picture !! 10/10 will be coming back the salon is clean and the service is great definitely recommended.

Nicky is so knowledgeable, helpful, and talented. She gave me the best French manicure I could have ever asked for and is totally honest about what you personally need. VIP Nails and Nicky will be my go to always! 💕

From the moment we walked in, the salon felt clean, welcoming, and relaxing. The staff was friendly and professional, which immediately set a great tone. Nicky is absolutely amazing. She takes her time, pays attention to every detail, and truly cares about her work. She listened carefully to what my sister wanted and delivered results that exceeded expectations. The nails came out flawless, and you can tell Nicky takes a lot of pride in what she does. I highly recommend this salon and especially Nicky.
