Waterstone Resort & Marina Boca Raton, Curio Collection by Hilton

We stay here with my now wife. We was getting married this February 8 at the Addison in Boca Ratón so we chose to stay here because is near. When we saw the suit that have a living room 6 month previous they show us a completely renovated room, still not so luxurious but fine. We are completely disappointed with the room we got in the 9 floor room 928, you could smell the humidity of the old rugs, the courtains had little holes on it, balcony had two old plastic chairs, completely horrible experience, other than that they didn’t left us a welcome card with at least a champagne to celebrate we was staying there for our wedding, we did 15 room block and at least 10 room where used by our guest. The night of the wedding when we come back there was no people at the front desk, we called from ten room after that and there wasn’t any room service was arround 11:30pm. We will never come back to stay and if someone ask about it we will send them somewhere else.

Best location. The room was a little small, but overall it was okay. The staff were extremely friendly, and there was a lot to do around the hotel — jet skiing, boating, relaxing by the pool, and more. The beds were okay, but not plush. The room had free coffee and water, plus a mini fridge. Our room had a great view of the Intracoastal. Public beach access to the ocean was less than a 7-minute walk from the hotel. I’d stay here again because of the location, but for the price, the room should be nicer.

We stayed at the resort to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday and visit the area attractions! The property is beautiful and very scenic! The dining options were excellent and the seating area along the bridge inlet was amazing! The Valet are very friendly and responsive but the self parking can be challenging at times. While the service overall is very good, one of the front desk employees were not very helpful and acted as if I was a nuisance after only 2 simple, polite, questions. Lastly, the rooms are fashionable and clean however the pillows and mattresses are average which lead to some tossing and turning to get comfortable. Overall, this is a fantastic resort and I encourage you to stay there when in the area visiting. A few minor criticisms do not blemish this wonderful property. Enjoy!

I want to say that the staff at this hotel are amazing! From the cleaning staff, front desk and the Bartender Zack P. They were all great the room was cleaned every day and anything that we needed was one phone call away. I stay in hotels four to five nights a week for work. And wanted to get away for a weekend so I chose to fly to Boca Raton and it was a great weekend thanks in part to the staff of this hotel. As soon as you walked by the valet service they are saying hello and asking if you need anything. And when you walk inside the hotel it spells wonderful and clean. The hotel has two restaurants. We only ate at one out by the pool but the food was delicious. The sushi restaurant we did not try but was busy from open to close so it must be great. They also have a rental fleet of boats and jet skis. Captain Morgan and his staff were very professional and also did a great job explaining to there customers the importance of safety on the water. I would give this hotel a 12 of 10 if I could. Looking forward to my next trip to Boca.
