I had to switch dermatologists because the previous practice didn't accept my insurance. I searched through my insurance site to find a list of practices to choose from. Water's Edge by far made this process the simplest and most efficient. They have a really easy to use website with online scheduling. They had availability within the same week. Everyone I interacted with on the phone and in person were friendly and made the process smooth. I arrived early for my appointment and there was plenty of parking in the parking lot. I was seen right at my appointment time. The appointment was quick and painless although Dr. Medina was thorough and asked good questions and listened to me. This is by far the best experience I have had with scheduling a doctor's appointment and with the appointment process. Highly recommend the team here and will be back annually.

I’ve only been going because they’re the only dermatologist office who will take my insurance right now. Last week’s appointment was the final straw though. I received an email notification saying “…your provider requested a follow up within 3 months…” The email was almost berating me for not having come to the office sooner. Made the appointment stating the same on the phone to their scheduler but when I got to the office the docs assistant asked why I was there. I showed her the email and she said those emails were nonsense and the doctor didn’t need to see me – this was AFTER I’d paid my $100 co pay! She continued that I should question when I get emails from them (if they’re actually true or accurate) since “…ever since they were bought and went corporate it’s been a mess…” Why didn’t the scheduler check when I made the appointment? A great little revenue streamer to send these unnecessary email call backs, right? The doctor (Medina) isn’t personable and quite dismissive overall. And so we did a check up anyway that wasn’t needed and I’m out of pocket. They’ve shown me their incompetence before so this was it for me. I think the staff nurse who said that about being corporate now was correct. if you check their reviews from a couple yrs ago, they are answered by a human but more recently it is a generic reply with no real concern. I cannot recommend this office and will need to look further afield than Jupiter for a new dermatologist.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. The medical assistant Alaina was incredibly kind and welcoming. The Nurse Practitioner Jenna Minni was equally amazing, she took the time to listen to all of my skin concerns and addressed each one throughly, her explanations were clear and I never felt rushed. I am grateful for the excellent care and would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for compassionate and attentive dermatology services.

I received my appointment within only a few days. The online portal and patient sign up was quick and easy. It was easy to pay prior to arrival. My visit with the doctor was efficient addressed my problems and answered all my questions. If I were to register, any complaint is that it took They were backed up a little bit and my appointment started 30 minutes past it schedule time. Highly recommend. All staff interactions were amazing friendly.

Dr. Mini and his team are knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. On-line scheduling is a big plus, and the ability to search open spots around busy schedules is helpful. Email reminders, and opportunities for earlier openings was appreciated. Would highly recommend.
