Great experience. Staff, doctors and everybody involved. Location is very good, easy to find. Big parking lot. Only good things to say Doctor Justin Platzer is very professional. Always take his time to body check, asking questions and answering your questions too. Strongly recommend their practice.

My first visit to this location was a really positive experience. The environment is cozy and peaceful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The registrars were full of energy and so helpful throughout the check-in and check-out. The nurses did a wonderful job assisting the provider and even took the time to write down my care instructions for me to take home. I had an appointment with Dr. Lacey, and I’m genuinely excited to continue seeing her as my dermatologist. She listens carefully to your concerns, is very informative, and her recommendations are excellent. I definitely recommend this dermatologist office for anyone looking for compassionate and professional care.

Dr. Rachelle Lacey is amazing! Every time I visit her office, her friendly demeanor immediately puts me at ease and makes me feel comfortable sharing my treatment goals without judgment. I’m truly grateful to have found a dermatologist who not only understands my skin, but also takes the time to educate me and ensure my skincare plan aligns with my individual needs. I’ve received services from her in both Boca and Palm Beach Gardens, and I would happily travel anywhere in the metropolitan area—wherever she has availability—to continue my care with her.

Have been to the Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens offices of this practice and in distressing circumstance the diagnosis, treatment, and care exceeded expectations for a favorable prognosis. Hospitality, care, concern, and gentility were exhibited by all staff encountered and the Doctors treating me had a magic touch administering the best recommended procedure. Most highly recommended.
