DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and Executive Meeting Center Palm Beach Gardens

When greeted at the front desk, the lady that helped me was not friendly at all. I am a corporate user but I never expect to be treated any better than any other guest. This did not matter at this location any way. I will say during my stay, the cleaning staff on my floor was very nice and accommodating. Restaurants and where this hotel is located was good. Lots of good eats around and close to the beach. I also was very disappointed with this brand for a Double Tree location- very dated, old rooms. They were clean, but very old. The AC units are ones that are still on the floor and blow into your face all night. I do not feel great with these type systems, it is time for central AC to be installed. This hotel is due for a redevelopment and upgrade throughout. Bathrooms are very old too. I love the Hilton brand but I would not go back to this location.

We had such an amazing time and experience here. The whole staff was amazing from Dave at the front Desk, Eric the shuttle driver, Nivad the bartender, Mark(cucumber)who did a little of everything and Last but not Least Robert who was extremely personable with his charisma and great sense of humor!! Everyone at this hotel was so accommodating and professional!! They go above and beyond being so likeable and helpful! Thank you so much for making our stay so AWESOME!! We will be back!! I travel frequently for both business and leisure, and I can confidently say that my stay at Doubletree was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. I stayed for 3 nights for a work trip while also being 7 months pregnant. And the staff was incredibly kind to me during my stay. The front desk staff members were so sweet and conversational and made sure I was taken care of with a room on the quieter side of the building so I could sleep better during pregnancy. And the breakfast manager (not sure of his exact title), whose name I think is Robert, was extra kind to me every time I came down for breakfast. And I could tell he was equally kind and conversational for every guest that sat down. I had a beyond wonderful experience with all the staff members at this hotel. And my room was so well maintained every day. It was a great experience.

Having traveled to Palm Beach for business, I’ve stayed at several hotels in the area but decided to return here after a great experience last time — and I’m glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the check-in experience was outstanding and compelled me to write this review. Ocean at the front desk was incredibly professional, welcoming, and genuinely warm. She made me feel like I was coming back home — taking the time to walk me through everything, ensuring I was settled, and delivering the kind of personal, authentic hospitality that you rarely find anymore. It’s staff like Ocean that make a hotel stand out.
