EōS Fitness

Best gym in Palm Beach. Can be a little crowded at times. However, this gym is maintained an organized daily. Run very efficiently. Recording section available. Only amenity that could be a great addition would be red light therapy.

I love EOS 🩵 feels like everyone belongs! Definitely my favorite gym compared to others I’ve been to 🙌🏼 and I love will power!!! 🥹

I really loved the idea of this gym, joined November of 2025 and really gave it a chance. While the equipment is plenty, well kept and overall the gym is clean… I just cancelled my membership due to overcrowding. No matter the time of day or night you choose to go… it is always crowded. Places like these that offer month to month memberships shouldn’t really have the free guest situation, that takes away from paying members… takes space and overall commodity of paying guest. Though I love this gym, I won’t be returning unless something changes!

Great gym with a really good atmosphere and clean equipment. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Essay is the best he always goes out of his way to be welcoming and positive. Definitely recommend EOS Fitness!

Awesome gym with a smart layout and it is always clean. My only concern is with the sauna. For such a well engineered layout, the materials used for the sauna and infrared are unsafe. MDF is a made-in-china polycarbonate that leeches formeldahyde at high temps. Combined with deep breathing it can cause reproductive issues in men and women. You can LITERALLY see the GOO in between the cracks in the infrared sauna seats. I emailed the ceo about this. Please get back to me! While it may be up to code , might not be on par with the EOS customers expectations. Certainly not mine.
