What a great experience shopping here. I had a list of what I wanted but it had to be ordered on line. Kingsley was my sale person who introduced himself when I walked in. He was such a help that by the time I left he helped me choose other furniture that was on sight and I thing is better then what I saw on line. Great salesperson! Patient, helpfull and a great personality .

Absolutely amazing experience at Ashley! Our salesman, Majec Marc Williams, was a total lifesaver. He hooked us up with incredible savings by bundling pillows, sheets, and more. Top-tier service from start to finish! If you’re shopping for furniture, this is the place—ask for Majec/Marc. You won’t regret it!

Beautiful selection of fine looking furniture. Went just to look, ended checking all items on our list. Extremely knowledgeable salesperson was huge assistance in our selection process.

He gave me a call and was absolutely fantastic with trying to make everything right and was extremely accommodating. My furniture was delivered these two individuals that delivered my furniture were also phenomenal. Thank you, Michael for working to make everything right. ABSOLUTE worst experience ever! Marc Williams from City Furniture tried to add on premium delivery for my delivery and added insurance to my mattress when I didn’t ask for that. When I tried to contact him via email, text message and phone call, he was non-responsive. I was forced to go in store and get a manager to assist. Janet, the manager was the only positive experience that I had. She apologized and let me know if she took off the premium delivery, I’d go back in cue for the couches since they were on backorder. She was very accommodating and I really appreciate her trying to make it right. Unfortunately, since I was overcharged for delivery, I was forced to take off the insurance for my furniture in order to make up for some of the loss from the delivery. Beware of Marc if you’re ever in store and make sure you pay attention very closely to your purchase.

Went into Ashley Furniture looking for wall art and found some really nice mirrored pieces in the clearance section that weren’t priced. I spoke with Kevin, a sales associate, who checked with the floor manager, Jordan. Jordan gave me an awesome deal on both pieces. Great experience and excellent customer service—thanks again, guys!
