Tacos del Cartel – West Palm Beach

I had brunch at Tacos Del Cartel and it absolutely delivered. The standout was the Cartel Benedict—easily one of the best brunch dishes I’ve ever had. The eggs were perfectly poached, sitting on incredibly tender short rib that just melted. The pickled onions added the perfect brightness, and the potatoes—seasoned like a great burger—brought everything together. Every bite was dialed in. And the server, Diego, was awesome—attentive, friendly, and elevated the entire experience. Great service, great atmosphere, incredible food. If you’re in West Palm Beach and want a next-level brunch, this is a must.

I was driving from Orlando to Miami and searched for somewhere interesting to eat and Tacos del Cartel delivered more than I could have imagined. We walked in and the decor was over the top beautiful. Many spots to take photos. The service was also over the top, they checked in every few minutes and were very kind and personable. It was not a super busy night so I can imagine when it’s busy things taking longer, but I would wait any amount of time because the food was amazing. Almost Every drink and dish has a special experience to go with it. We got the Birra tacos which were hanging on a clothes line. Really unique presentation! We also got the Taco Dorados which were like large floutas. Those were my favorite!! We also tried the Al Pastor and they served it on a mini spit at the table! The food itself is show stopping and reason to come. The drinks were also well made and also fun presentations. While we were dining a large group seated nested us had a birthday and the staff came out singing. I won’t spoil the birthday surprise they do, all I will say is.. try coming for your birthday!! It is worth it! If this place was near me I’d be going every week. Whether you live local or are a tourist and just visiting, don’t think twice about trying this place. Anyone who wrote a negative review must be depressed at home because there’s no way to not enjoy being here!!! Oh, and BONUS… the prices are reasonable! I spent less here than I did eating in Miami, Orlando, or at home in New England.

We celebrated a good friends birthday today. We were greeted by the most amazing service ever, Lily truly made our experience here unforgettable from start to finish. She went above and beyond to explain all the details of the decor and menu items. The restaurant is such a unique experience in itself. The photos truly dont so this place all the justice. You have to experience for yourself. Definitely ask for Lily!!

We celebrated my son’s 21st birthday here with a party of 10, and everything was wonderful. The service was excellent and very accommodating for a large group. Our favorite dish was the green ceviche, followed closely by the tuna chicatana roll—both were delicious. The birria tacos were our least favorite flavor-wise, though the presentation was beautiful. The birthday celebration was a highlight. The staff came out in costume with lights, singing Happy Birthday, which made the night extra special. We also shared a churro ice cream dessert (not sure of the exact name), and there was plenty for everyone at the table. Great atmosphere, great service, and great food. I highly recommend this location!

Everything about this restaurant was great! Our server was very attentive! He made great food and drink recommendations. We were celebrating my sister's birthday and they made it fun and exciting! The vibes of this facility is "on point!"
