They even sent me pictures of the ring I designed which they didn't have to (I asked but was assuming they were going to say no). I was also updated at every single step of the process. Everything was too easy and then I got the ring–BEAUTIFUL! If this place doesn't have a 5/5 stars I would be surprised. I haven't given her the ring hence my hand. But hey, it looks BEAUTIFUL!!!
