Best Western Plus Palm Beach Gardens Hotel & Suites and Conference Ct

This is an excellent hotel. And I wish to take the opportunity to say that Carla, the very nice employee at the front desk, was very kind and very professional in helping me check in. She is a great asset to this company. June 4, 2026 I have stayed in this hotel several times in the past 3 weeks due to a personal matter, and this has allowed me to confirm what I wrote in my first review above: This Hotel is a Very Excellent Hotel! And once again I have had several interactions with Carla at the front desk, and each and every time she has been absolutely professional: going the full distance in helping me receive the best service possible. She is, to borrow a phrase said by recently a CEO of the largest Bank in Great Britain, slight adjustment, the Highest Class Human Capital. Put in better English, if you needed any service from this hotel, she is simply the best in making sure you will get it. I have been blessed to have had her help whenever I had a request the past few weeks. I thank this hotel and I especially thank her.

We have stayed here a few times and always had a clean room. Service was great and our only complaint was the beds were a little harder than our liking. Other than that it is a nice place to stay.

I am very picky and even though the hotel is outdated and overpriced for what it is, I have to say that their personal is unbelievable AMAZING, Carla with her great smile and willingness to accommodate every requirement and all the girls from front desk, maintenance and the maids are also so nice and proactive, always willing to help!!! My room was quiet and I was able to sleep peacefully. Thank you to the personal of this hotel, they really made my experience great.

Very disappointing experience. We arrived close to midnight, exhausted from traveling, and found a room that was far below expectations. The bed was literally deformed, with the mattress so uneven and sunken that it was difficult to stay in the middle without sliding toward the edge. Since it was already late at night, we ended up staying in the room for that first night. On top of that, the air conditioner was extremely loud the entire night, sounding more like construction noise or an old machine running nonstop. The room also had an unpleasant smell, very outdated furniture, and clear signs of poor maintenance and lack of proper upkeep. Because we had booked two nights, we requested a room change the next morning. Unfortunately, the second room had the same issue with the bed. It was slightly better than the first one, but still uneven and uncomfortable, especially on one side. The air conditioner was also very noisy again. We ended up requesting a third room change. In the third room, the bed was no longer broken, but it was still far from comfortable and below what we expected for a hotel like this. Overall, the hotel felt old, poorly maintained, and lacking attention to basic room quality and guest comfort. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience for us, and we would not stay here again.

Room was nice and clean… no signs of any mold… refrigerator with a freezer worked fantastic, good enough to keep ice cream frozen… microwave work great, so did the coffee pot… I was very pleased…
