MD Now Urgent Care – Delray Beach

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Care from Dr. Andrew and the MD Now Team I visited MD Now late one evening with a finger injury, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Andrew was incredibly professional, calm, and confident — he fixed me up with seven stitches and made the whole process feel easy. He is absolutely amazing and has such a positive, uplifting energy. You can truly feel that he shines from the inside out. Tina, Amber, and Jenn were also wonderful. They were kind, attentive, and supportive from the moment I walked in. The entire team worked together seamlessly and made me feel cared for and safe. Thank you, Dr. Andrew and the whole MD Now team, for your exceptional service and compassion. I’m very grateful for all of you.

I went to MD Now in Delray on Thursday 6/4/26. I never write reviews but my experience was excellent and warranted the compliments. Every one of the staff could not have been nicer from beginning to end. The lady at the front desk was so helpful and the Nurse and Doctor were as well. The wait was only a few minutes and the overall experience and outcome could not have been better. I highly recommend them if you need this type of care. My little sister and I been here since 5:31pm currently still waiting to be done. the check in process was easy but the simple fact we didn’t get a time on how long is the wait or when we will be called back is crazy. We have been sitting here for 1 hour and 20 mins, I too work at a medical office but being courteous and letting patients know the wait time before having them sit for almost 2 hours is would be nice.. i’ve been to many md now’s so i know how quick it can get i never say for more than 10-20 mins. I wad told someone is getting discharged like 5 mins ago how long does discharge take??? it doesn’t make sense customer service is bad, no communication, and lack of sympathy for others. I will NOT be returning to this location. Front desk lady who took checked us in is Tatianna she needs to be trained a little bit more on customer service.

I was there Friday around 4pm in X-ray room with Jennifer, the Xray technician. She reminded me to take off my sentimental gold diamond heart necklace. I forgot it and am hopeful Jennifer found it. I never take it off. Sirena was the kind first contact I called today and Chantelle tried to assist but after 45 minutes she told me to call back Monday as Sirena the first person to meet me in room wasn’t working either. I would be extremely grateful if somebody found it Praying to St Anthony. I received good care

Did a check in ahead of time on the phone, arrived to the facility in 10 min, web site stated that I am 2nd in line, ended up waiting for a solid hour and then waited for a doctor for another 30 minutes. During the “sick” season and in the weekends they should have more employees and more then one doctor, a Nurse Practitioner would help. Except the wait time, I got what I came for, diagnoses, prescription and an apology for a long wait.
