Air-Ref Co. Inc. Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Electric

5 Stars all the way! I used to work for Morgan Contracting and they did business with the owner of Air-Ref years ago. I remember the owner of Air-Ref being a trustworthy and nice guy, that stood by his work, so I decided to call them for my personal home. They are still in business and for good reason! Kareife came out this morning. He called ahead and was right on time, professional, friendly and explained everything perfectly. He fixed our problem ON THE SPOT and our AC is back on once again, at a good price. If you need a trustworthy, long established, fair priced, knowledgeable ac company, call Air-Ref! Thank you! 🙂

Used Air Ref today who sent Junior and his assistant for routine hvac maintenance. Both techs were polite, considerate and very professional in explaining everything they were doing. Junior provides a learning experience and it’s obvious that he loves his job. I was very impressed overall and wouldn’t hesitate to use these gentlemen again.

My seemingly standard new air conditioning install, over a year ago, was done incredibly poorly. My 20 year old system didnt leak for 99.8% of its life. This company's happiest day was when the warranty ran out on me, just drag it out until they believe no liability exist on their part. Now it's pay to fix it right. My last words in this: I have gone through countless ceiling tiles and so will you. Probaly not a company you want to use for condominiums.

Junior called to let me know he was in route to my home and on time. He was polite , friendly , honest, kind but most of all very knowledgeable and gave the best customer service ever!!!! Junior explained the problem alone with showing me pictures and allowed me to ask questions. Thank you again Junior for serving my AC . Junior you're my favorite technician. Air-Ref he’s a valuable access to your company!!

One word: AMAZING . Quality service at a reasonable price. They even offer weekend service while most providers do not, ensuring that comfort is a priority for their customers. Air-Ref got my ac unit working promptly, even their dispatcher was top tier. There’s no better company around!
