Had a great experience here. Went in for an x-ray after an injury brought my daughter who the front desk clerk was very kind to and helped make a hot chocolate. Was seen right away, given an x-ray put in an air cast due to having a bone and they made an appointment for me with an Orthopedic. The entire staff was extremely professional attentive and very kind on a day that was quite difficult. They made the experience the best that it could’ve been.

I had a wonderful experience at this urgent care. They opened right on time, which I truly appreciated, especially when you’re not feeling well. The wait time was very short, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. The doctors were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. They genuinely listened and made me feel understood and cared for. The receptionist was one of the nicest I’ve ever met — so kind, welcoming, and helpful. Every single staff member was working efficiently while still being warm and compassionate. When you’re sick, that kind of care makes all the difference. They truly try to make your life easier in a stressful moment. I’m very grateful for the level of service and professionalism they provide. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience at Baptist Health Urgent Care and would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team. I came in with a sudden allergic reaction around my eyes that caused significant redness, swelling, and itching. From the moment I arrived, everyone was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. The staff made me feel comfortable and took the time to thoroughly evaluate my condition. A special thank you to Dr. Tim Johnson for his attentiveness, patience, and compassionate care. He carefully listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and prescribed treatment that helped me recover quickly. Within a short time, my symptoms improved significantly. What impressed me most was the follow-up care!!! The team called me twice after my visit to check on how I was feeling and to make sure I was improving. That level of kindness and dedication is truly appreciated and made me feel that they genuinely cared about my well-being. This was one of the nicest urgent care facilities I’ve been to. The facility itself was very clean, welcoming, and comfortable, making a big difference while I was feeling sick with a chest cold. I immediately felt cared for from the moment I arrived the staff was so kind. Dr. Tim Johnson was extremely professional, compassionate, and reassuring throughout my visit. He also listened attentively which and advised what he thought would be as the best treatment plan for me. His guidance and attentiveness made a difficult experience much easier, and he is truly an asset to the urgent care facility. I also want to thank Flavia (so sorry if the spelling is incorrect), the assistant, and the front desk staff for being so kind and helpful during my visit. Clean efficient team from check-in to my Dx. They even do x-rays here!! Dr. DeLaura was sweet and helpful explaining everything clearly. She checked on my nebulizer progress or had others check on me. Very happy with results. IMHO we chose wisely to come here.
