Canopy by Hilton West Palm Beach Downtown

The hotel is PERFECT! We love staying there in their king corner room. The staff at front desk were beyond caring and welcoming. Seth and Santiago made us feel like we were at home. The restaurant are very yummy and can’t beat the view at treehouse. Will be back soon!!!

We had such a great experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Brenda for making our visit even better. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the entire meal. Brenda went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her positive attitude truly stood out. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Canopy. Elio was very helpful and welcoming during check-in. Ricky was attentive and brought us waters and chilled lavender towels to cool off when we arrived. He also gave us a tour of the local area and picture spots in the Canopy’s shuttle taxi. That was awesome and unexpected. The view and ambiance at the Treehouse was amazing. Brenda did a great job taking care of us and making a great recommendation for dinner! Thank you!

I have visited the Canopy hotel several times. Every time the service is impressive. Santiago the assistant manager is the epitome of hospitality. The attention to details to make us feel welcome. Jess always so attentive at the front desk, with a friendly smile to greet guests is amazing. The shuttle drivers Bob and Jariel are extremely friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit West Palm Beach. 5 Stars across the board.

Stayed at the Canopy West Palm Beach for a night and the highlight was easily the restaurant bar, thanks to Fabian and Aaron. These two were phenomenal, friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the experience feel special. They noticed I speak Spanish and switched right over, which made me feel even more welcome and at home. Great drinks, great recommendations, and the kind of warm, easygoing service that makes you want to stay for one more round. If you’re staying here, do yourself a favor and grab a seat at the bar. ¡Gracias Fabian y Aaron!
