CVI.CHE 105 Boca Raton

We’ve been longtime fans of Ceviche 105, especially the South Beach location, which consistently delivers both incredible food and exceptional service. Naturally, we were excited to visit the Boca location. The food was very good and stayed true to what we’ve come to expect from the brand. The menu includes all the favorites we enjoy in Miami, and the flavors were on point. The interior of the Boca restaurant is also really well done. It has a great atmosphere and feels modern and welcoming. That said, the service did not feel at the same level as what we’re used to in Miami. It wasn’t bad, but it lacked the attentiveness and energy that makes the South Beach location stand out. In Miami, the staff always feels very engaged and polished, and that experience is a big part of why we keep coming back. Overall, the Boca location has a lot of potential. The food and space are strong, but the service experience is what separates a good visit from a great one. We’ll definitely be back and hope to see that same level of service consistency we’ve come to love at the South Beach location.

My husband and son made a reservation to celebrate my birthday. Despite having a reservation, we were seated at some rather unkempt tables located inside the mall area. Since it was late, we didn't want to bother looking for other alternatives, so we accepted the seating arrangement. However, the waiter who served us was indifferent, uninformed, and surly. Another staff member came to our table to introduce the dishes; that person was quite pleasant and friendly. As for the atmosphere, it is undeniably impressive—both the interior space and the outdoor area (outside of the mall section) are quite beautiful and captivating. The seating area located inside the mall, however, is indistinguishable from a fast-food court! The presentation of the dishes was excellent, but their actual flavor did not quite live up to the visuals. The cocktails looked stylish, but in terms of taste, they were merely average. We certainly did not feel we received value for the money we paid. Would I go there again? Perhaps—but only if there were a special promotion; otherwise, definitely not.

OMG!!!! I would give a million stars if I could. This was our second visit with family, and the experience was just as amazing as the first. Our waitress, Stephanie B., was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. She was attentive throughout our meal and truly made us feel special. What makes this place so unique is the exceptional hospitality from every single person you encounter, from the moment you walk through the door. The atmosphere is vibrant, energetic, and contagious. The food is absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully prepared. If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience and outstanding Peruvian cuisine, I highly recommend this restaurant. We can’t wait to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service we received. Our waiter Ivan was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. He always greeted us with a smile, made sure we had everything we needed, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. His warmth and dedication made our experience even more special. Great service, excellent place offered a good experience, food taste 9/10 . I insist that seviche is made of lemon. Not leche de tigre big difference. Lomo saltado was ok presentation and taste 8/10 ,. Personal recommendation dont usa sweet potato from the liquid cans, it taste completely different as use de original sweet potato . And it doesn't look gourmet as this new style on every single Peruvian place ruined 100% recommend ill keep trying more plates
