Lia did such an amazing job on my nails! She was so sweet, professional, and paid attention to every little detail. My nails came out beautiful exactly how I wanted them, and you can tell she really takes pride in her work. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable, and I left feeling so happy with the results. If you’re looking for someone talented, patient, and truly great at what she does, I definitely recommend Lia!

UPDATE: I am writing in response to your statement regarding my visit on June 20. Your description of the situation as “explicit consent” does not reflect what occurred. I requested a simple service for my child — nail polish application only. At no point did I request or consent to the application of long or artificial nail extensions. While I briefly stepped away for another service within your salon (eyebrow waxing), my child remained in your care for the service that had been clearly and previously requested. Upon my return, I observed that nail extensions had already been applied without any prior discussion or confirmation regarding the final result, including nail length. I then addressed the technician and twice requested that the nails be shortened, which was done accordingly. I DID NOT refuse payment for the services provided. I expressed my dissatisfaction prior to payment, which is a reasonable customer response when the delivered service does not match the initial request. Your reference to video and audio recordings does not establish informed consent. Emotional reaction, including visible distress, does not constitute agreement to a service that was not discussed or approved in advance. I am willing to resolve this matter professionally; however, I do not agree with the characterization of events in your statement. I brought my child in today to have her nails painted. However, instead of simply applying nail polish as I requested, artificial nails were applied. Unfortunately, communication was very difficult because the nail technician spoke very limited English and was unable to clearly explain the service being performed . At no point did I agree to nail extensions for my child. I left the salon very upset and disappointed. I do not understand why artificial nail extensions would be applied to a child when I specifically requested only nail polish. Children’s and teenagers’ nails are thinner, softer, and more vulnerable to damage. Procedures involving artificial nails, filing, buffing, adhesives, and chemicals may affect the natural nail plate and can lead to brittleness, splitting, or other nail problems. I believe parents should be clearly informed and asked for explicit consent before any service beyond basic nail polish is performed on a child.

This has been, without a doubt, the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The level of skill and attention to detail is truly unmatched, and the time and care the staff dedicate to each service is reflected in the beautiful results. My entire family now comes here, and every visit feels special—we always leave feeling like we’re carrying little works of art on our hands.

Love the nail technicians, the owner is so kind, the environment is warm and friendly. Susan did a fantastic job on my acrylics!! Also the pedicures are so relaxing and so many options of gel to choose from!

Daniela does an amazing job! It’s always a challenge to make my nail beds and shape look thin because of their natural curve, but she handles it beautifully. She files carefully and skillfully places the set where needed to create a seamless, classic look.
