Embassy Suites by Hilton Palm Beach Gardens PGA Boulevard

I had a very pleasant stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Palm Beach Gardens. Al was an absolute standout—he went above and beyond to assist my mother and me with everything from the AC to the pull-out bed, always with a smile. He was incredibly patient, especially with my mom’s many questions about the area, and truly made our stay better. Give that man a promotion!!! The hotel was peaceful, breakfast was phenomenal, and the morning front desk staff were warm and welcoming. One downside was an evening front desk staff member who was quite unfriendly and unhelpful when I had concerns about a package. That interaction could have been handled much better. Overall, I would definitely stay again—just hoping for more consistency across all staff because the great service we experienced truly stood out.

Very clean, spacious rooms with large bathrooms ( showers could be updated but I understand why they may have tubs in some rooms. Gym is very nice. Love the morning breakfast ( omelette station) and the evening bar area ( free happy hour drink). Has to be the nicest lobby area of any hotel in the area

So I’ve only been here since yesterday but upon my arrival I met Da’juan if I spelled it correctly. My room was not ready and he was so stressed behind it, apologetic, I told him not to worry I will Go eat and come back you could see the look of relief on his face, which tells me how empathetic he is. I returned he had everything ready for me and was so grateful that. I checked in and got in bed but he made me feel valued. I will say that the complimentary breakfast is not giving the same experience you have a man who is guarding the bacon and sausage as if he paid for it there is no reason that I should be criticizing because I want more that 1 sausage. I have never been to a hotel That rations food

First and foremost, we want to highlight a staff member who provides a happy attitude, smiles, and professionalism EDDY who serves evening bartenders services during Happy Hours! 5 stars. He deserves an extra bonus 💸. The location of the hotel is perfect next to the highway, grocery store, shopping, and a good variety of restaurants. The pool area is very nice. Housekeeping staff is very pleasant and accommodating as well. Decent price and bonus Free breakfast w/ make to order omlette station and Waffles, coffe, milk soda, & juice stations. Tip your staff for their hard work!!! Dog friendly facility a plus. Cons: Needs more weekend staff for cleaning in and around the facility outside. Parking rate needs to be fully explained upfront. $25/day for up to 4 days or more, $75/day for 1-3 days which we didn't know about until we overheard discussion in the elevator. 😜 We would recommend this hotel!

We had a great experience at the embassy suites. We were there for a wedding for a few days. Other family had rooms booked there too. Great experience. Hotel is beautiful, well kept. Rooms are very spacious. We called in for service a few times. Each time we got courteous and quick service. Lots of parking (paid, I think $26/night). Awesome breakfast included which we looked forward to. Chef Kenny really made our day with his friendly personality. Would stay there again! Location is central and around stores and restaurants.
