I want to leave a sincere thank you to the property managers at Coco Parc for doing an excellent job with my file and helping me get approved for my unit. From the very first phone call, I knew I had found the right place. Roselyn Parris was incredibly friendly and helpful, and she took the time to explain everything clearly before I even started the application process. She made what had been a long and stressful search feel much easier. After months of looking for a decent place to live, and dealing with the frustration of Florida HOAs, Coco Parc was my last stop and I’m so glad I found them. When I came into the office and met Samantha Baptiste, I was greeted warmly and immediately felt like my search was over. She was professional, organized, helpful, and very prompt in her responses. It also makes a big difference that someone is always available at the office to answer the phone. I also had a chance to meet Mike from maintenance, and he was just as hospitable and kind. It’s rare to find a property management team that truly cares and does their job well, so I’m very grateful. Thank you all for making the process smooth and welcoming.

Susan Kyser is an absolute pleasure to work with. As a real estate professional, I work with many property managers, and Susan is one of the best.
