Dr Brockman and his team where wonderful… They Squeeze me in for an last minute appointment They had me in and out with in an hour and a half … Did four separate tests And Dr. Brockman was very reassuring !!! Inform me about a lot of different options for my treatment. All and all .. highly recommend Florida Vision Jupiter office and Dr Brockman

It was a pleasure walking into the office reception room. I was greeted and asked for my insurance card and sat down and waited for only a few minutes and was taken to a tech room for an examination. After the exam I had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes to see the doctor and get his opinion. I was really happy that everything went so quickly and professionally and would recommend anyone to at least take a look online.

Outstanding experience. Everyone was extremely personable and this practice is the most efficient medical practice I’ve ever visited. I would recommend however that the staff wear name tags or say their name upon initial contact. I like to greet people by their first name. Highly recommend!!

Had a few eye exams here with Dr Lima and they were great! Staff was very patient, friendly, kind and caring. Met with Dr. Allen and he was very thorough and helpful. Also saw Dr Luchts and had a great experience. I had my first cataract eye surgery yesterday with Dr Allen. Everything went great! Looking forward to the second eye later this week. The surgery center staff and nurses were also all very caring and great. Met with Dr Balansquide today for my first surgery follow up and she was amazing as well. Only great things to say about Florida vision Institute thus far.

I had a great experience at Florida Vision Institute in Jupiter. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was excellent. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made the entire visit smooth and comfortable. Dr. Lima was especially impressive—very knowledgeable and persistent in making sure my concerns were properly addressed. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel confident about my care. Overall, a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Florida Vision Institute to anyone looking for quality eye care and a team that truly values their patients.
