Our sales associate Pierre was super friendly and helpful. He was able to assist us in picking out bedroom sets, living room couch, A beautiful dining room table with eight chairs and a rug. He was able to provide excellent pricing along with his stellar customer service. I would recommend going to furniture direct and asking for Pierre so that you can get the things you want efficiently and cost-effective.

I had some furniture delivered and there was an issue with a complicated table and we had the holidays approaching and Genesis and the team were so helpful and flexible at making sure I had the panel replaced. And they were very conscientious about my holiday schedule and really put in some time and coordination to get the job done. I was impressed with the level of understanding and consideration. It was such a refreshing and unexpexctedly delightful experience.

Furniture is okay and cheap, you get what you pay for. However, delivery service is not great. Boxes came ripped with pieces missing, late delivery, and not everything on one truck. Had multiple deliveries with missing items. Wasted a lot of my time and many phone calls with promises to deliver, but they don't commit. Or contact you to let you know they are not coming. This has been a big hassle! I am determined to get what I paid for or a refund. Very disappointed with the delivery service! Beware.

I have to say, they do a really good job of making you feel comfortable and helping you find what you need to make sales, but the follow-through was horrible. I worked with Pierre, and he was great the day of, but it took two days for my order to actually be placed. My paid delivery request also wasn’t submitted, and my contact information was entered incorrectly. The third-party delivery company had to look up my number just to confirm my delivery, and if I hadn’t followed up myself, I probably wouldn’t have received my delivery when requested. I would definitely recommend following up the next day to make sure everything was completed properly.
