I had a pleasant and relaxing day at the pool! The Hilton offered a Teacher’s Summer Pass through the ResortPass app, and the booking process was quick and easy. The pass was advertised for $20, but my total came to $29. It covers admission for you and one guest, so I brought my bestie, who’s also a teacher. From the moment we arrived, everyone—from the valet team to the hotel staff—was personable, welcoming, and professional. Valet parking is normally $35, but it’s waived with the pass, which is an incredible perk and adds even more value. The hotel provided towels for the lounge chairs, which I definitely recommend using, as some of the chairs showed signs of wear. They also offered fruit-infused water, which was a lifesaver in the Florida heat! A special shout-out to our amazing waitress, Samantha. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, accommodating, and maintained a positive attitude all day long. Her excellent service truly enhanced our experience. The food selection was decent, and I highly recommend the Bourbon Chicken Wings and the Piña Colada. The pass also includes 10% off food and beverages, but be sure to mention it when ordering. We forgot to do so, but even without the discount, the prices were very reasonable. Overall, the hotel is beautiful, and the Teacher’s Summer Pass is an excellent value for teachers looking for a little rest and relaxation. I would definitely recommend it!

This week my wife and I took a spontaneous trip from Orlando to West Palm Beach with our two kids and are beyond grateful and content with the service they provided us from valet till bellman assistance. After listening in detail we had a bad experience at another fellow hotel they made sure to upgrade our staycation by listening to detail about us celebrating my pregnant wife’s birthday. Cam was super professional over phone when I called to confirm reservation and also in person. Alex checked me in and were given two gift bags for our lil ones to enjoy. The ambassador of amenities personally came to our room and delivered my wife a gift to make her day special! She rocks and has the best personality for that position! I believe her name is Elise. Every facility in that hotel was super clean and seemed well maintained. Restaurant food at The Galley was enjoyable and breakfast buffet had some great healthy choices that complement our lifestyle. Kids enjoyed the perfectly structured pool and we had a great stay here! Thanks for the amazing hospitality and representation of Hiltons culture whether an honor member or not. We will be spending every staycation at this property in the future.

We stayed at the Hilton for a wedding weekend and got snowed in. Kudos to the staff for managing all the extended stays. Bambi at the front desk is a godsend. She is a kind and professional person. We loved the pool (Nick) was great. The Galley restaurant was delicious. We were very fortunate to have had extra days here. Great hotel with a fantastic staff.

Attended a wedding here, stayed in room 620, water pressure was awful, think not getting shampoo or conditioner fully rinsed out of your hair awful. The room was small and cramped, the bed was too hard, all of us woke up with hip pain, tossing and turning to adjust to the discomfort, the pillows were not pancake flat, but crepe flat, it was a poor sleeping experience overall. The doors slammed shut which is also fun to wake to wake up to. The grounds were nice and well maintained. Service was overall poor, but Sam, waitress in the pool area, was a bright spot, very friendly and helpful. The location is great, which IMO is the only reason one would choose this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton West Palm Beach Central. The hospitality was excellent from start to finish, and the staff made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. A special thank-you to Jolie, who is an incredible mixologist and such a warm ambassador for the hotel. Her drinks were beautifully crafted, balanced, and made with care — but what really stood out was her personality. She made the bar feel friendly, comfortable, and welcoming. We also appreciated Michele Ratcliff, who responded quickly and professionally when we shared a potential safety concern. Her follow-through was impressive and showed real ownership. Thank you to Javier Lopez, Emeily, Madison, Jolie, Michele, and the entire team for making our spontaneous visit so memorable. This is a hotel with a true culture of hospitality.
