I am writing to formally recognize and commend Jacquelyn Gomez for the exceptional service she provided my Neice Michelle Galich. I had been going back and forth with my mortgage company regarding what they believed was a lapse in my homeowner’s insurance coverage. Despite providing documentation, there was confusion and misinterpretation of my policy, which caused significant frustration and stress. When I contacted Insurance Express, I had the pleasure of speaking with Jacquelyn. From the very beginning, she completely shifted my experience. She turned my frustration, anxiety, and anger into relief and gratitude through her professionalism, patience, and dedication. Jacquelyn went above and beyond by calling the mortgage company with me on the line and thoroughly explaining that my coverage had never been canceled. She provided detailed information, sent comprehensive emails, and supplied my declaration of coverage to ensure everything was clearly documented. She advocated for me every step of the way. We were on the phone for nearly an hour, yet not once did I feel rushed or like I was taking up too much time. She made me feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. That level of customer service is rare and incredibly appreciated. Because of Jacquelyn, what started as a terrible and stressful day ended with me feeling relieved, valued, and confident that everything was being handled correctly. I just spoke with Ruth L. from insurance Express who was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I had to make some policy changes, or my Umbrella Policy was going to be cancelled. Ruth was able to get me the right coverage and she sent over the contract changes for signature immediately – which helped me provide the other insurance carrier with the policy changes they were requesting. Getting insurance is not an easy process these days – Ruth made it seamless and she was very professional. She also can offer some very good rates and many different kinds of policies. I 1st have to give God and Jesus the Glory for doing what he did for me with my Insurance Home and Flood! But Ruth Liptak was so very nice, she called me back promptly and followed through with getting my insurance premium and coverage changed and paid all in the same day.
