Great relaxing massage with Rhonda at Massage Envy. She was very friendly, professional, and explained everything to me before getting my massage. She also shared helpful tips on things I can do at home to help manage stress, which I really appreciated. The massage was excellent, and I left feeling refreshed. I highly recommend Rhonda and will definitely be back!

TJ was fantastic. He’s very knowledgeable about human body physiology and understands where to massage and apply pressure to get the pressure points and problem areas to release. Super nice guy!

I saw TJ and he was amazing! He was the most knowledgeable massage therapist I have ever been too. He worked on all my concerns and went above and beyond because of that, I signed up for a membership so I can continue to see him.

Walking into the facility there is an unpleasant smell. The bedsheets were dirty and had to be changed. Room was hot, fan was blowing in the room and room also had an unpleasant odor. Massage that i received was not what was paid for "enhanced muscle therapy". I asked her to focus more on my lower back and she only focused on my neck and upper back. Communication with the massues was an issue. This was supposed to be a pleasant experience which my daughters treated to so I could relax and rejuvenate. However my experience was not that. When I was finished with the "regular massage" they asked me for payment which was already paid for by my daughter as she had called earlier in the day and confirmed payment. They asked me for payment which I ended paying because they also had an issue with their computer system. Service was not acceptable and I would not recommend Massage Envy. I would rather go to a 5 star Spa facility and spend the extra. Massage Envy is overpriced and overrated their service is horrible. They should be embarrassed for the service that they are providing clients.
