Terrific tire shop. Always helpful and quick service. Unlike other places there’s over the top sales pitch for extras. Honest service. Carlos is especially accommodating. When I was there today there was a lady berating the staff. Truly out of control for no reason and sickeningly condescending. Carlos handled her tirade of insults so professionally it was astounding. Kudos to Carlos and the whole team. Very impressive!!!

I was able to come in last minute after making an appointment to fix a tire with a nail in it. Even though they didn’t have my tire in stock, the team went above and beyond to find one at another location. Someone picked it up right away, and they got me back on the road as quickly as possible. The staff was also very nice, helpful, and accommodating throughout the whole process. Great service and I really appreciated their effort!

I had a great experience at this place for my tires. The customer service was outstanding—Steven and Jessica were both excellent, very helpful, and professional from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I got exactly what I needed. The prices were very reasonable, and the quality of service was really good. You can tell they care about their customers. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for great service and a good deal on tires!

Beware. Never go to Mavis in Boca Raton on NW 28th Street. This location operates like a classic bait-and-switch. They tell you parts on your car do not need replacing and then get further into the repair and decide they told you the wrong information and that you do and then you're stuck with them. I dealt with the manager yesterday who told me he had been there for 13 years — today he is suddenly no longer with the company. Now I’m dealing with a different manager who has no idea what was discussed because nothing was documented in the system. On top of that, they completely wasted my time. I was told the job would take 1½ hours, then another 2 hours, then 45 more minutes. It ended up taking over 6 hours. And they gave me back my car full of grease on the door handles and grease on the wheels didn't wipe anything off! TERRIBLE!!! Unbelievable experience. Poor communication, questionable recommendations, and zero accountability. There is nothing good about this location or this company. Stay far away.

Not only were the guys super nice but they let me know up front they would at least try to patch my tire and then let me know if it wasn’t possible. THEN we discussed tire options. A different place told me right up front they wouldn’t patch it and then quoted me an exact replacement tire more than $100 over the cost of the same tire at Mavis. I was beyond happy when they were in fact able to patch it! I appreciate not being taken advantage of just because they possible can!
