MD Now Urgent Care – Boynton Beach

Deboarah was my medical assistant she was very sweet and thorough with me at my visit. I was having an allergic reaction and my throat and tongue were swelling so it’s easy to panic but she made me feel comfortable and seen and I truly appreciated that. Dr. Todd Weliver was also very kind and warm when he came in to speak with me and overall I felt they really delivered the best possible care along with post op instructions. I would return if needed and absolutely recommend them to anyone needing urgent care of any sort!

Staff and nurses were efficient and fast.. Booking process great- the dr ehhhhh not so much! I clearly had a muscle tear or severe strain he dismissed it saying “well it’s a bug bite happens all the time”. I knew it wasn’t that/ it was 3 days later- I couldn’t walk in certain ways, no stepping. Visibly swollen- he called in an antibiotic and Tylenol. Diagnosed me with cellulitis with no visible signs of a bite or redness swelling etc. he had zero bedside manner- he seemed annoyed with me and any questions I had. Would visit again but check to see which dr is working.

I always get so nervous to go to the urgent care but this one was amazing. Every staff member was super nice and made me feel very comfortable. I was seen by Dr. Pierrela and she made me laugh so much! Also Tashoya and Key at the front were amazing and so funny too. Thank you for being open on Easter and with the best attitude

Amazing customer service. Brittney was very helpful and she was kind and courteous. The experience I had was great. Especially after the fact I just got off work and I was able to be seen immediately. I would highly recommend this establishment. Service was very efficient and I felt taken care of from the front desk to the doctor.

Very efficient and friendly team. Was in and out within 30 min. Drove across street to retrieve RX. Expectations were met. The team working on Saturday May 9 at 4pm should be recognized by leadership. If my review was lousy, you'd quickly address it. Well, do the same when they perform well.
