MD Now Urgent Care – South Dixie, West Palm Beach

Wow! Best experience with Dr Parikh and everyone at MD NOW!!! He found out what I needed right away, thank god I came in so now I can be cured. What an awesome decision it was to come here. Beautiful office as well. Had my follow up with Amanda Waltran would was also so nice and thorough and patient. I am a fan of this office! Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience at this office. The MD was professional, attentive, and truly took the time to listen and address my concerns—I never felt rushed. I especially want to recognize Tiffany at the front desk. She was absolutely amazing; witty, sweet, and incredibly helpful. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome and at ease, which makes such a difference when you’re coming in for a medical visit. The whole experience was smooth and positive. I highly recommend this office, great care and even better staff!

Sadly the receptionist staff are not friendly or warm and that’s an easy fix. Same with the second person I met before the doctor, she also didn’t seam like she wanted to be there….. female doctor that I saw was pleasant, friendly and professional. And I was seen in a short period of time. Front of house staff need some training in creating a warm welcome

I have always had a great experience when going to MD now urgent care on S. Dixie Highway the staff from the moment you walk into the moment you walk out are unbelievably professional, pleasant, and inviting. They truly listen to my concerns gave me a test and even sent me home with an antibiotic in case my condition got worse. I’m grateful to have them so close by.

I went on Saturday morning and there was a lot of people. After waiting an hour and seeing the line not move at all, I asked how long the wait was and if it would be better to come back the next day. The frantic lady at the front said it would be better because "this is crazy" and there was at least an hour to two hours before I'd be seen (it had already been an hour and nobody was seen). On Sunday, I went as they opened, there was no other people and the same lady was still frantic even as she opened the door a couple minutes late. Despite checking in online before I even left my house, it took her 40 minutes to get me seen. Somehow two people who came after me were seen first even though they had to do check-in and co-pay. I'd understand if they were very sick or bleeding but that wasn't the case; Just prioritized because I was only doing a pre-employment drug screen. Once I was seen, it took all of 2 minutes. Wash the hands, pee, wash the hands, initial the cup, and done. All that waiting and frantic energy for a 2 minute interaction. I will not be back. There are MANY competitors nearby.
