MD Now Urgent Care – West Boynton Beach

From the minute we walked in, the ladies at the front desk, so sorry I forgot their names, took our information and were so professional and kind and friendly. After all paperwork was filled in and Andrea took us, my wife and I, we both had the same symptoms, then took history and vitals. Very understanding and gracious. Dr. Todd W. was very thorough and we both were examined and given rx with clear instructions. Very clear and comfortable visit and just a great and completely functional process. I went into MD Now on Memorial Day May 25 ,2026 which is a holiday and After I signed in with Shay, who was at the front desk ,she was very kind and helped me sign in and got me ready to be seen by a doctor. She did tell me it would be possibly a long wait, but in the end, they very swiftly got me in to be seen. Mark greeted me and got initial info and Took my pressure and temperature and asked me why I was here. . He offered a few different preliminary tests I agreed and he performed those. Then Dr Rami Mansour came in very soon after.He Was very thorough and listened to why I was there and through examination. He determined what was wrong.. I thought the appointment went well. He answered all my questions and prescribed to me medication‘s pertinent to my diagnosis. I’ve been going to MD Now for quite a few years and I feel like They care about the patient and they tried to cover all bases. It’s definitely helpful on a holiday when you can’t get into your regular internist. I highly recommend MD Now Jog ,Boynton Boulevard if you’re ever looking for a fairly seamless quick way to be seen by a doctor. And a special shout out to Shay, who is at the front desk she was very knowledgeable ,patient and helpful..

From the minute you walk in, this urgent care makes you feel welcome. Darline at the front desk sets the tone with her kindness and warm, welcoming spirit. Jamal’s friendly personality and sense of humor immediately put me at ease. PA Gio was outstanding—his exam was thorough yet efficient, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. He has an incredibly kind bedside manner and never made me feel rushed, even when I asked what felt like “dumb” questions. Gia was also wonderful with her warm personality, and I honestly didn’t even feel the shot she gave me. Everyone I interacted with had the ability to make me feel comfortable while clearly being knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. I also really appreciated how smooth the process was overall. I scheduled my appointment online ahead of time, completed my registration and authorizations online, and was taken back very quickly upon arrival. I was in and out in less than an hour. Most of the reviews for this location are already great, and based on my experience, they’re well deserved. For anyone who may have had a less-than-perfect visit in the past, I’d recommend giving them another opportunity—and definitely ask for Gio.

Manny at MD Now Urgent Care was extremely professional throughout my drug screening appointment. He explained every step of the process clearly and in detail, making sure I understood all instructions. He was polite, respectful, and took his job very seriously. His directions were easy to follow, and he maintained a professional and organized approach from start to finish. Manny provided excellent customer service and made the experience smooth and comfortable. He is a valuable asset to the team.

My first time at any urgent care I was quite nervous. I was greeted warmly by Brittany and the intake information was done quickly and efficiently. Mark came with a short period of time. I think I only had to wait a half hour as a walk-in and took all the information needed and the place was clean. It was lovely experience. Dr. Tran was on on point and check me out, wrote out the scripts and directions, and my script was sent to the pharmacy immediately. It was a wonderful experience.
