Nails 2K Salon

Walked in thinking I would never be able to get what I wanted with my first ever inspiration photo. Mind you. Off of AI. And Serena NAILed it! She actually gave me a proper manicure which is so important to me and to top it off she gave me my first ever art piece on my nails. I always go for the classy French or simple pink. But she did such a beautiful job. She was patient and took her time painting each nail. I got gel x and brushed on paint on each nail. All for $130. The manager Kathy went above and beyond. Throughout the 3 hours I was there she was running around making sure each client was getting what they came for. I am so happy I ventured out of my usual routine and comfort zone.

I just left the shop after having Kevin do my pedicure. He kept pressuring me to get a $60 service despite me saying multiple times that I only wanted the Hot Oil. Eventually when I stopped entertaining him he continued my service but rushed through it and never offered water or wine as described in the menu. He finished my service in about 15min. There were people who were sitting in back in their chairs when I got there, still enjoying their service when I left. My feet literally looked the same when I left minus the polish change. After leaving I walked over to Sallys to buy products to do it myself in the future. I have to say my experience was not the typical experience at this shop. I am normally very satisfied when I leave. Today I left feeling bullied and upset that my money was spent, I ended up spending more money on products and I still have to go home and work on my feet. My feet aren’t even moisturized! I’m accustomed to leaving the shop with smooth supple feet.

The salon is clean, beautiful, and decorated nicely. Went back again and this time I sat with Ethan. He’ so professional and kind. Thank you so much. I love my nails.

Kat is amazing! Everyone here is amazing honestly. This time I had Kat and she is a superstar. Everyone is so kind and welcoming and it’s a great environment with artist that truly do the best nails and I’ve been getting my nails done for 20+. I just told her to do whatever she wanted and I wanted relatively long and this is what I got. Beautiful! Very creativity team nail art. If you are looking for nails art; spa pedicure they are the best in town… strongly recommend.

I went to a different nail appointment in the morning, as a brand new client and didn’t know how my experience would go, I asked for a French tip and a cute Halloween design. Needless to say I was so unhappy with how they turned out, the acrylic was dented and had an uneven surface, and the design just wasn’t what I wanted. I am not one for bad google reviews, since the owner of this business had done my nails and it’s their livelihood, I understand mistakes can happen… but getting nails done is absolutely not a cheap thing to do. I went home, did some research, and I found Nails 2k salon. I tried calling, no one answered, I told myself okay I will just show up and the worst thing they can say is no for a last minute walk in. I arrive, a gentleman approached me kindly. I explained to him the situation and he quickly responded “I know who you need to see, follow me”. At first I was astonished, he didn’t even ask if I had an appointment or nothing just took me in on the spot. Mini-Le is the tech who literally saved my day as you can see her work in the second photo. she was confident to do the job and understood what was wrong with the previous work. I was super excited. If you need anyone to do nail designs she is your girl! She is honest, and an overall perfectionist. She can do so many unique works of art, flat out amazing experience and will from now on only go to nails 2k salon for future appointments.
