PGA National Resort

My fiancée and I had an amazing stay at PGA National Resort. From the moment we arrived, Teresa at check-in made us feel welcome and took great care of us. She even recommended that we visit the beach to watch the sea turtles nest, and thanks to her suggestion we were lucky enough to see three sea turtles during our visit—an unforgettable experience! Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. The service throughout the resort was truly five-star. We also enjoyed breakfast at Honeybelle, where we both ordered the Palm Beach Breakfast. The food was excellent and was a great way to start the day. Between the outstanding accommodations, exceptional service, and thoughtful recommendations from the staff, this was a memorable getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend PGA National Resort to anyone visiting Palm Beach Gardens.

My rating is more of a 3.5 – We stayed here for a weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday. I booked this hotel under The Edit with Chase Sapphire Reserve and the benefits included the $100 credit and $60 daily breakfast credit – no room upgrade or welcome gift. While the property was beautiful and I wish we had time to explore the spa, our room was a little bit of a let down only due to the fact we had to request our bedding be changed because there was blood on it and also the bathroom trash can had blood stains on it too. In addition, for a 5 star resort there should be better comforts provided in the room itself (this is just me comparing to other 5 star properties though). From the moment we pulled in for valet service, the staff were all kind. I had a private lesson booked for my husband and tee time on The Fazio and the Golf Academy folks were super responsive and recommended based on our needs. Steve Haggerty was our golf trainer and was great company with super helpful tips to help my husband improve his swing! We will be headed to a range to practice what he taught! We cooled off at the pool after our tee time, they had a DJ and some kind of animal encounter after which I thought was unique! They also have Banyan Buddies for kiddos which I honestly wouldn’t mind taking our daughter back here to check out what that amenity is like. We ate at Birdies Diner and Honeybelle for breakfast. I would say stick with Honeybelle as I felt the diner was a little too basic, but that’s all preference based! For dinner, we had reservations at the Butchers Club and the host was so sweet when seating us – unfortunately I do think you can get a better steak elsewhere. Maybe I had higher expectations and should have gone in without them, but I think there are some improvements that could be made. Overall loved the property and amenities, but the rooms itself could be better.

The service was phenomenal throughout our entire visit! The room was perfect! Clean and well maintained! From the minute we pulled in, to the minute we checked out, the staff made us feel welcome and like a million bucks! One of our most favorite experiences was our quality time chatting at the lobby bar. JR took amazing care of us each time we visited to grab a drink or some delicious food. He made our time there so perfect and gave us a space to create unforgettable memories. He is great at his job and PGA is very lucky to have him! Me and my bestie plan to make our girls trip visit to PGA National Resort a new tradition and we will definitely be looking forward to seeing JR again soon! Great experience! Staff was great. Food was great. Room and view was great. Pool is amazing.. do wish it stayed open a little later, but overall amazing property. Will definitely be going back in the future!

Amazing experience, beautiful hotel and the best staff ever! Nick at check in went above and beyond to help us out after a misprint on our copies. He is truly a great example of servant leadership!! Aigerim was such a help! Eder helped us solve all our IT issues! Every server at our Summit was friendly, very helpful and truly exceeded our expectations. I wish I kept better track of everyone’s names. Thank you to the lovely artist who took the initiative to create our signature drink signage. In a world that lacks customer service you shined and made a huge difference in our event. Thank you!!
