Refresh is my absolute favorite medspa in the area, I’ve had the BEST experience here. The front desk girls are always so warm and kind and the providers are more professional than any medspa I’ve visited! I can’t recommend the CO2 cool peel enough! My treatments were done by Alex and throughout the process she’s been the most professional person to work with. Every single day she communicated with me and texted me to check in which made me feel so comfortable and able to ask any questions or concerns that came up. With lasers you want to make sure you’re going to someone who is highly skilled and trained and that’s absolutely what refresh provides. Alex is an amazing provider and person, I’ve been so lucky to have her providing my treatments and the results have been AMAZING! If you’re new to the area or looking for an amazing medspa I HIGHLY recommend Refresh as you’ll feel extremely comfortable and happy you did! 10/10 recommend and will continue to use refresh as my preferred medspa ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Here is a picture of my skin glowing ✨ after two CO2 lasers, with no filter 😍 SO impressed with the results, thank you Refresh and Alex!

I scheduled an appointment for IV therapy, which was my first experience with it. The office staff were incredibly sweet and helpful. Ashleigh assisted me with the check-in process, while Dixie handled my IV therapy. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to review and explain each therapy, along with the vitamins included and their benefits. She made me feel super comfortable throughout the process and even gave me some supplement suggestions. I will definitely be returning for monthly IV therapy sessions. Can't wait to see how I feel after this treatment!

Some people are good at what they do. Others make you feel seen, cared for, and valued. Alex is both. She was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough in explaining every step of the process. I have had such an amazing experience with Refresh. I’ve been getting laser hair removal with Danielle for the past year and she is so sweet and professional! Also very thorough… a recent time I came in having just started a course of new medication and thank goodness she asked me! We stopped right there and rescheduled for another day. You can trust they will do things safely! Aside from that the office is pristinely clean and every staff member super friendly. I am pleased with my results and the price is very reasonable (especially if you bundle services during one of their deals). I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
