PLEASE SEE DARWIN!!! HE IS HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL ! HE IS ALSO HIGHLY ORGANIZED !!! With seven moves in five years, I was highly burnt out on decorating. When I first walked into the showroom, I was instantly greeted by Darwin. I explained I was just looking. He gave me my space to look and see if the store had anything that matched the aesthetic I was envisioning. Once I had a chance to pick out a couple items, Darwin was there waiting to help me with all my questions and concerns. I was also on a tight schedule; he helped me navigate availability and delivery times. Throughout the process, he and his team made the process feel easy, and they were able to get me a long-term interest free financing. The experience was stress free and seamless. Best part.. it’s completed… Thanks to Darwin!!

My husband took me to Rooms to Go on Valentines day to look for a living room set. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by a sales person. He introduced himself, Jim and asked if we needed help. I told him what we were looking for, and he showed us to the area of LR sets. After we had walked around, and had something in mind, Jim was right there, as if he'd read our mind. He answered all our questions and he started the paper work. I was very impressed by everything that Jim was able to tell us as well as extra warranties on the furniture and what was included. Jim walked us through all the financing available, set a delivery date, and we were on our way home. All in all I think the whole process was done in less than an hour, and at least half of that was us trying to decide what set to choose. The store was lovely and had so many nice sets to choose from. A big thank you to Jim Eckes, for all his help. I had considered going to a different store, but I am very happy that we went to 'Rooms To Go.'

Darwin at Rooms to Go made my purchase of a queen bedroom suite and an entertainment center with fireplace so easy and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable of the furniture that I picked and it was a smooth transaction from start to finish. His communication is on point!

We came in as soon as they opened and met Angela. She listened as we described everything we needed for our sofa recliners. She asked specifically what color we wanted and we both agreed on dark. They had a beautiful slate colored set and a dark surround sound but Angela had something else in mind. She showed us a gorgeous cognac floor model with rug tables and lamps and it was gorgeous!!! Sold! Thank you Angela!!!!!

Darwin is absolutely amazing, his product knowledge, communication, and willingness to find solutions to help me find the right dining set and get it delivered within a very short window of time was phenomenal. I was in Oklahoma trying to make a furniture purchase for our new home in Auburndale, FL. and get it delivered and set up when I was only flying out for two days and had a very tight window. Darwin made it happen and the dining set was the perfect choice for our space! I highly recommend giving him a shot to earn your business, you won’t be disappointed.
