Rosner's Appliances

We ordered a new refrigerator from Rosner’s Appliances for delivery! The two gentlemen we had deliver it were named Josh and Charles and they were efficient, polite, hard working and very communicative throughout the entire process from start to finish while removing the old refrigerator from the the second floor and installing the new refrigerator on the second floor kitchen! They were fantastic and recommend them 100%!! More than satisfied and they did a phenomenal job!!

I can't say enough good things about the delivery service we received from Charles and Josh! From start to finish, these two were absolutely outstanding. We had a refrigerator that needed to be delivered up a full flight of stairs and they handled it like true professionals. They were fast and efficient without ever cutting corners, and they made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. Beyond their hard work, Charles and Josh were incredibly kind and friendly throughout the entire process. They were respectful of our home and took great care with all of our belongings, making sure nothing was bumped, scratched, or scuffed along the way. You could tell they truly take pride in their work and treat customers' homes as if they were their own. It's rare to come across a delivery team that combines speed, professionalism, kindness, and genuine respect all at once — but Charles and Josh delivered on every level. If you're lucky enough to have these two handling your delivery, you're in excellent hands. Thank you, Charles and Josh, for a five-star experience! Thank you Rosner's for your service!

Scott, Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the whole Rosner’s experience you were able to provide me with. First it was great that you helped me with the selection by pointing out a comparison of different features between a couple of models that i might not have easily discovered by myself. But even more amazing was the turn around time! I was so stressed out with family coming in from out of state and having no working refrigerator and within about 24 hrs my new one was delivered and installed in time to save the day! My old refrigerator died so I needed to get a new one asap. This was my first experience with Rosner’s Appliances and it definitely will not be my last. Sales Counselor JC went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. JC was instrumental in helping me select a replacement refrigerator that fit perfectly in the space and was beautiful and functional. I love my new refrigerator. In addition, the delivery men, Jimmy and Stan, were also very professional and did an excellent job. Thank you all so much!

Bought a GE over-the-range microwave and had it installed by Rosner's. First, the customer rep who took the order over the phone (Ken?) was super helpful and even passed along a vendor discount that wasn't advertised on their website. He didn't have to do that, and I wouldn't have ever known. This made the price significantly less expensive than Home Depot. Then on the appointed day the install crew (Augustin) showed up on time and quickly removed the old one and installed the new, even though it was a tight fit. Obviously a seasoned pro. All in all a great experience.
