Highly recommend their services—thank you, Tazion!

I had an outstanding experience with the Tazion #2102 who came to replace my water heater today. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, walked me through the condition of my old unit, and made sure I felt comfortable with the replacement options. The installation was done quickly and cleanly — no mess left behind, no surprises, and the new system is working perfectly. What really stood out was his attention to detail and how respectful he was of my home. If you need a reliable plumber who does the job right the first time, I highly recommend him. Five stars all the way.

He explained the fixes thoroughly and also walked me through different scenarios so that I could choose the fix that best fit our needs appropriately. I appreciate all the hard work and the advise that Taz provided today and highly recommend him and the company for your home.

Hi, We had a water leak in home and couldnt figure it out where exactly its leaking. We called few other water leak detection companies and they took money for inspection and couldnt find the leak. Finally we called roro-rooter and Tazion #2102 showed up. I spoke to him and he explained on how is going to find the leak but since I was ripped off with other companies I was not sure if I wanted to hire but finally Tazion convinced me so I said go ahead but was expecting he is going to give same excuse but to my surprise he did find the leak and he was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. The price to find the leak was very reasonable. Thank you Tazion #2102 for helping in finding the leak and I would definitely recommend him for any leak detection.

5-star review draft: Tazion at Roto-Rooter was excellent. He showed up within the hour, explained everything clearly, and took care of the clog quickly and professionally. We got a great deal, plus a warranty, which gave us real peace of mind. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t make it feel like they were trying to get us to call them back for the same issue. He actually took the time to give us maintenance tips and instructions on how to help prevent it from happening again. He even asked what kind of toilet paper we use. Great service, honest advice, and very professional. Highly recommend. Here’s a slightly more casual version: Tazion from Roto-Rooter was great. He arrived within the hour, explained everything clearly, and cleaned out the clog fast. The price was fair, and the warranty gave us peace of mind. What really stood out was that he gave us helpful advice on how to prevent this from happening again. It honestly felt like he wanted to solve the problem the right way, not just get us to call back later. He even asked what kind of toilet paper we use, which showed he was really trying to help. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.
