We had a great experience at Schumacher Chevrolet of North Palm Beach even though we didn’t end up making a purchase. The staff was friendly, professional, and never pushy, which made the visit comfortable from start to finish. They were helpful in answering questions and gave us all the information we needed without pressure. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and respectful of our time. Even without buying, it was still a positive and easy experience, and we would consider returning in the future.

Amazing service. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and quickly helped by Jackie Cannon my service advisor. I can’t say enough about Schumacher Gmc. I’ve been very happy with purchasing my vehicle there as well as returning for scheduled maintenance. They have what it takes to run a good Dealership. Great people!

I have never been so disappointed with the individuals I felt with on different levels. First of all, I have purchased many cars and purchased my 3rd one from them. The first thing that pissed me off was that I specifically told the sales manager not to run my application through multiple banks, I asked him that several times, Ang guess what, they did exactly what I asked him not to do. Then, the other thing was that I specifically asked them not to deposit my down payment because I was expecting a wire transfer, I kept in touch them constantly updating them, I also took my time to personally speak with them about the situation and was told no to worry, and guess what, the next day, the check was deposited despite me telling them not to. To finish it off. I go to service for assistance for a screwdriver and the service guy arrogantly tells me, don’t know where Harbor Freight is?? – I mean, was that not so disgusting. I vowed never again to step foot there, I will take my business elsewhere. Oh, I also had decided to go back and trade the same car I had purchased a week ago because I later saw what I wanted think not… but I will get rid of what I purchased. Very bad customer service.

Just wanted to share an absolute wonderful buying experience I had thanks to John and Logan. They were fair, professional, and honest and were able to get me in the truck I wanted. It wasn’t just a salesperson being nice because they wanted to sell a car- these are just two good guys. We will be back in future for all our family needs.

Extremely disappointing experience with Schumacher Chevrolet. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle remotely. After delivery, it turned out the car had multiple undisclosed non-OEM modifications: lowered suspension with aftermarket control arms, non-factory wheels/tires, intake, exhaust, and other changes. None of this was clearly disclosed prior to sale. Salesperson Rob downplayed the situation, describing it as “lowered a little,” which was misleading. In reality, the vehicle cannot be returned to factory ride height without replacing suspension components. This is not a cosmetic issue. When I raised concerns, Pre-Owned Sales Manager Jeff showed complete unwillingness to resolve the issue reasonably, offering only take-it-or-leave-it options and shifting all risk and cost to the buyer. The overall impression is a lack of transparency, poor management, and selling heavily modified vehicles as if they were close to stock. This borders on deceptive sales practices. I would strongly advise against buying a vehicle from this dealership, especially remotely. Do not trust verbal assurances – get everything inspected and documented independently.
