Matt Speach with Stephen K Denny came out an hour earlier than my scheduled time which was amazing, and helped me pinpoint the issues with my AC unit – did maintenance and signed me up for the annual maintenance program which is a great deal. (do it!). He was super nice and responsive. I also learned that if you burn candles – even for 20 mins a night, it will load up your filter with soot – so be aware of that. The call center was so nice and friendly – they got someone over within hours of me calling on a Monday morning. I HIGHLY recommend SKD and Matt!!

Wilson, Anthony, and Josh did an incredible job of removing and replacing our entire old Rooftop package HVAC system and ductwork with a new Split system. The entire job took two days and was done to our great satisfaction. These guys are amazing. They said it would take two days, and they delivered. We are delighted and even recommend them to our neighbors. One caution is that SKD works with and outside vendors for sheetrock repair, which can be slow. The vendor did a great job, but the process can be slow. Plan ahead and ask questions so you won't be disappointed if repair work is required.

I’m a long term customer of Stephen K Denny. Recently my AC system stopped working on a Sunday (naturally) I call SKD and within hours they sent Glen out. Glen diagnosed the issue and due to system age and cost to repair he recommended replacing the system. Monday Justin who was very knowledgeable provided me with their proposal and recommendations. By end of day Tuesday my house was cool and comfortable again. I did have a drain line issue with my installation but after speaking with Missy who was super helpful Glen was back and immediately fixed the problem. My over ten years of experience with Stephen K Denny is their technicians and installers do an excellent job and I have received service within hours and not days. I also have to praise all of the representatives who answer the phone when you call the office. They could not be more responsive, patient and helpful.

Great job. Annual maintenance plan is a great deal includes 2 visits per year. D’Andrea was awesome. They were booked up but Missy was able to get me in earlier. I have been using them for years. Trane experts. Call em!

5 stars all day..called Stephen K Danny at 8 am …phone answered by a polite coherent individual…tech dispatched immediately problem solved by 930. Im impressed which isn't easy to do….easily me new favorite AC and pool heater company. Missy on the phone and Sasha in the field were exceptional. They got things done before others returned my call.
