Tire Kingdom

So I don’t think this is the kingdom of tires anymore. I have bought four run flats previously for my car and was able to also participate in their road has a protection program. This weekend I went there wanted the same thing was yes to death. Had to go back because it would’ve taken all day for me to get what I needed. Got my tires and a alignment and $2000 later when I got my receipt, I confirmed the road hazard where I spent another 10 minutes hearing that oh no, you don’t have that and I said well. I explicitly stated that that’s what I wanted when I set this appointment and then I was told that the new parent company evidently does not offer that anymore. I think that was something that I should’ve been told upfront. I think they just didn’t want to lose my $2000 sale. This will be the last time that I ever go there and they left grease all over my rims.

I needed tires for my trailer and came in without an appointment. Sergio was excellent right from the start and got me taken care of even though he was short staffed that day. Great service and price, and they had the tires I needed in stock. Highly recommended service shop and employees. I will definitely be back in the future when the time comes. Thank you!

Rarely write a 1 star review because it’s not worth my time, but this one is something else. First time to visit this shop, parking is full, double parked outside their office to ask for help, but as soon as I get off my car, one of the their guy called me out, pointing his flash light on my face telling me that I can’t leave my car in a very demanding way like I’m not a customer. They know that their lot is full, there is a better way to tell people that I can’t leave my car, how about ask what I need or if he can help? How am I gonna get help without leaving my car if your lot is full? I just left and do my business somewhere else, I will never go to this place. Pointing your flash light to someone’s face is just rude. Avoid this place as much as possible, there are so many other tire place in the area.

Always happy here. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had an issue that was driving me crazy and they were able to isolate, identify and repair the problem in just a couple hours. The price was very fair and you can rest assured that they are being honest. These guys enjoy their jobs and it shows. I felt very at ease here.

We were on our way to an appointment and our tire failed. We stopped off and the folks here were super helpful. They were able to offer a replacement tire but it would not have matched. But at least they had one of my size in stock. They very kindly swapped out our tire for the spare, which of course needed some air and they filled it. They did it free of charge and got us back on the road. We made our appointment. Very grateful and would gladly use them again if we were local. Thanks Tire Kingdom!
